Each coolCARE Protection Plan is fully transferrable to new home/business owner. Policy holder or servicing contractor can transfer coverage to new owner. Each agreement transfer must be completed with-in 90days of from closing date. A transfer processing fee must be paid with check payable to Trinity Warranty LLC in the amount of $30 for each agreement being transferred. Print the transfer form and a copy of each coolCARE agreement and mail to the address on the bottom of the transfer form.
