coolCARE Protection Plans agreements are available in all 50 states. Contracts consist of a declaration page that contains an agreement number, policy start/end date, agreement charge(retail price for coverage), consumer information(name/address/phone), contractor information (name/address/phone) description of coverage, and the equipment covered under the agreement. Following the declaration page is the 4 pages of T&C’s. These outline rules/requirements for coverage, exclusions, transferability, and termination of the policy. This document is created 3 days following order processing, emailed to customer and uploaded to the agreements tab on the dealer portal.
